At Palmetto Moon, we want you to love your Southern-inspired style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Items can be returned via mail or at any of our physical boutique locations for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
